Aspiring Physicist | Programmer | Quantum Computing Enthusiast
Hi, I’m Proshanto Kumar — a physics graduate student with a deep passion for uncovering the laws of nature through theory, computation, and creative problem-solving. I specialize in quantum many-body systems, quantum computing, and statistical physics, with a growing interest in condensed matter physics, quantum materials, and topological phases.
My journey combines a strong foundation in theoretical physics with hands-on experience in programming, data analysis, and quantum circuit simulation. I've worked on diverse research projects, from simulating spin dynamics with quantum computers to studying phase transitions using percolation models. I’m also an experienced technical content creator, having written extensively on data structures, algorithms, and C++ for educational platforms.
Whether I’m building Python tools for quantum simulations, writing about cutting-edge physics, or teaching data analysis to students, I aim to make complex ideas accessible and useful. I enjoy blending ideas from different areas of science to explore and explain the universe — and I’m always looking to learn more.
